You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Rock Haven Motel - Shoppers Drug Mart

At the Rockhaven Hotel or Motel (now a Shoppers Drug Mart), a honeymoon suite was the site of a grisly 1960s murder. A man killed his wife when he learned she was carrying the baby of another man. The ghost of a crying woman and a crying newborn have been reported.

  1. I go to this Shoppers literally all the time, I had been to the venue as a child for a wedding reception once. I can confirm nothing is weird/off about this Shoppers Drugmart if anything it’s pretty nice.

  2. I was working in that building at the area where the Hydro panel shut offs are, and I entered an opening through a large metal door with nothing on the floors. When I came back 15 minutes later through the same area there was Big tarp folded up right where I had previously walked. There wasn’t anyone around at the time other than me and if anyone were to come into that area I would have heard that door open. I really do not believe in Ghosts or anything like that, But when I told the manager of the store downstairs She said no one on the staff or herself feels comfortable going into that area as they feel it is Haunted.

  3. I lived just up the street for a decade. My parents wedding reception was at the rock haven, my graduation party, and I have even slept in the motel with my mother, who has reported seeing ghosts before. Never noticed anything off, nor has my mom!
