  1. Yes this building is definitely haunted. I worked in this building on for 3 years and experienced many weird things.
First was – our offices including all our filing cabinets and desks were to be locked every evening before going home. One Friday, I know for a fact I locked everything before I went away for the weekend. Monday morning I entered my office and all my locked cabinets and desk were open and documents were strewn around. Security reviewed their cameras and nobody physically entered my office. The locks were not damaged or jimmied.
Second was – our offices were programmed for card scan access only. One day our door opened but nobody came in and nobody was outside scanning their access card. That happened quite often.
Third was – in the ladies washroom, toilets had automatic flush. All three toilets flushed, one after the other, but I was the only person in there at the time, washing my hands. The stall doors would open and close on their own.
There were folks scared to work in that building, the ghost never hurt anyone and yes it was creepy but it kept you on your toes!

  2. I worked at the chamber building when it was the calgary chamber of commerce. One evening i had a contractor working on the 4 th floor sound system . The building was closed and the elevator was was locked off. It was only able to be used with an access key. While we were upstairs , we heard the elevator engage from the basement, it came up to the 4th floor, opened, no one inside, closed and went back to the basement. There is no way it could operate without the key, which I had in my pocket. Another time, again , on Saturday, I was on the 4th floor, all of a sudden, the doors to the parlours, one by one, were slammed shut on their own. A total of 3 doors closed on their own. Bill the ghost was a maintenance man who lived in the building and passed away. The story is , he still thinks he is working there.
