Knickerbocker Hotel - Hollywood Knickerbocker Apartments

Many Hollywood stars resided in this hotel, one woman, a costume designer named Irene Lentz, having jumped to her death here; another face in the area was D.W. Griffith who also died here, in the lobby. Seances held by Harry Houdini, as well as firsthand experiences around the hotel have revealed many spirits, one of the more famous ones being a mysterious force located in the bar, later rebuilt as a coffee shop.
