The apparition of former owner Irving Zuelke has been seen in the building, as well as the floating torso of a man. Ghostly activity associated with a piano housed in the building has also been reported.

  1. We were by the stairs that lead straight to the roof and heard water running, which is usual but my friend decided to say hey and we heard heavy breathing and whispers. This was around 8:30-9:00.

    I was there about 3 years ago to meet a girl I knew. I went to use the bathroom and I had an eerie feeling that I was being watched. I but it felt like I was being protected by Mr. Zilke!
