Many people, for many years, have reported seeing an older man in the building, wearing denim coveralls and a long sleeve, cotton, plaid shirt. He appears in the room or walks around, never setting off the motion detectors, yet clearly visible. Clearly this is Mr. Vic, the builder and previous owner.
One popular night, 15 years ago, a 17 year old died of undiagnosed childhood diabetes, and has been seen hanging around by children and adults who never knew of his demise.
Many have seen a young girl in a flowing dress around, but her origin is undetermined.
Upstairs is storage, yet, on numerous occasions, many people together have heard a music box mysteriously turn on and off over the years.

How do you know this Me. Vic was my husbands great grandfather?
Mr. Vic is a distant cousin. I used to skate there as a child I remember him and the description is accurate. Upstairs used to be a recreation room with games and jukebox.
Mr Vic was such a kind man.
I also remember the upstairs being a game and rec room.
I drive by there alot, the building was super creepy with fire damage definitely abandoned for many years. Sadly, it was demolished all that remains is a gigantic partially burned roller skate, totally gives me the chills and always kinda wondered about the history of the place.
