Biltmore-Oteen Bank Building, most recently used for The Melting Pot restaurant, stood abandoned since the flood of 2004. But a ghost from the early part of the 20th century is said to still linger here. The apparition of a man, witnesses say, seems to be looking for something that has been hidden within the structure’s walls.
