Starin Place is the mansion and grounds formerly owned by U.S. Representative of New York John Henry Starin (1825–1909), who, from 1848 to 1852 was Fultonville’s postmaster. Folks at the historic museum site describe unexplained noises, movement and shadows around the grounds and in the guests’ and servants’ quarters.
