The oldest grave marker at Ball Cemetery is reported to be dated 1869, and many apparitions have been reported here over the years. One is a tall male with a bad temper who walks around after dark, sometimes attacking late-night visitors. Another is Mary Mumford, who is buried here. Folks have heard her voice and laughter and felt her tugging on their clothes. Other strange things here include gravestones that tip over and right themselves and ectoplasmic mists that appear in photos.
NOTE: No trespassing is allowed here at night. The cemetery is reported to be watched over by its living neighbors, who aren’t afraid to use a shotgun against trespassers.

Ive been to this cemetary on many occasions, at various hours. I have captured in photos, both film and digital, many different spirits and colored energies. I have felt the change in temperatures. When the temp dropped, the activity was apparent. I have pics of children. A woman with long black hair crawling on the ground. Orbs. A man on a horse patrolling the fence line.
I’d love to see the photos you have about “ball cemetery”. I’m doing a report about this cemetery for a project, and I’d love if you could share information
Ive seen a cylinder like, blue orb sphere here.
its all fake
I’m surprised. The Ball family (our ancestors) were among the first settlers. Also buried there are their Indian servents. The first cemetery to allow. I accidentally named my daughter after one of those ancestors. So unless it’s a different cemetery, I don’t believe it.
How do you get permission to visit the cemetery? I was planning on going soon. But i cant find any contact information about the cemetery. Can you please help me?
I live a mile from here, and every year, before Halloween, we have this party with friends at our place. Anyways, we were doing a hayrack ride for the children. As we were leaving the cemetery, and on the road out, the right-back wheel fell off our tractor, rolled up this tiny hill, and nearly came back down to hit our 20 kid trailer. Along with that, we hear voices a few weeks prior to the party.
I would love to have a investigation at this location and trying to find out who I can contact. Any information would be very helpful.
I want to the ball cemetery and I took pictures and there is orbs it is fun
Grew up and parents still live just down the road, its very much haunted
A few friends and I are really interested in going, but don’t want to go until we’ve gotten all the information we can about the place. I was wondering if you had any pictures or documentation about the place, and was also wondering if you knew how I could get into contact with the owners of the cemetery
I have visited twice with relatives of some of the folks buried there. I never did experience anything out of the ordinary.
Been there once to experience anything supernatural but nothing came of it. Still a cool old cemetery just observed the headstone and those buried there.
Visited with some friends after dark almost 20 years ago. Parked outside the gates and immediately upon entering, my girlfriend doubled over and had to be carried back to the car as she was completely rigid in the fetal position. If she was faking it, she should have gone on to Hollywood.
You typically need permission to enter the grounds as it is no trespassing. Evelyn Carter is the caretaker there so you would need to get in contact with her
I took this picture at ball cemetery about 14 years ago. After all these years, I went back last night with my daughter. What we saw last night is indescribable. Plan on going back to see if what we saw was really there. It was a woman lurking behind a tree watching us. Long hair and hollow eyes. It was so clear that at first I thought someone was playing a joke on us. Walked out of the cemetery and went to take a picture of it from a different angle and it was gone. That image will stay with me forever…
A friend took this pic. It is from a cell phone and has not been faked. May have to zoom in to see it but once u do see it u can’t under it.
May need to zoom in a bit
Hey Joe do you have a name and number to call to see about getting permission to go into the cemetery?
My aunt and uncle live in this area and I go every year at night nothing ever happens we went inside and my four year old brother was petting the statue of a dog

Good Afternoon,
My brother, son and myself have started investigation paranormal events and would love to investigate at the Ball cemetery. If anyone could help me out with contact info or even pass my e-mail on that would be great.
I don’t believe this, rather vaguely. But what people say is not without foundation
I found the story a bit haunting and scary ovo game
