To avoid cold and rainy weather, a former artistic director used to jog indoors, around the upstairs mezzanine. He was killed suddenly when his nephew hit him with the car as he was jogging on a foggy day. Now, on cold and rainy days, witnesses say you can hear the floorboards creak as his ghost jogs around the mezzanine.

I went for a job interview there once and had a weird feeling that I was being watched and felt very uncomfortable in the elevator. As I was sitting in the reception area for my interview, the lights went out. The receptionist and I were both wondering what happened as it only seemed to be in our area that the lights were out. She said something to one of the other people in the office about the lights who proceeded over to the light switch and turned them on. She acted like we were both crazy, but someone turned those lights off on us. Creepy place!
