The Martinez House was the site of a mass murder committed by a man killed everyone in the house: family all the way down to his grandchildren, house staff, even the cat. When the Martinez family bought the house in 1976, they reported seeing apparitions of an Asian man in a white lab coat, a woman in a flower-print dress, children, and a gray-and-white cat.

No one named Martinez ever lived at this house. There are no records indicating any murders ever took place here. Chalk all that stuff up to urban myths. Currently owned by the Amoruso family. No valid reason to think it’s haunted, aside from the fact it looks spooky
Is it open for tours.
This seems a bit suspicious since in the first comment, it says that there is no person named Martinez. Though anything that leads to mass murders leave behind a mysterious amount of spirits lingering around. Overall, if this is true, then author leave more information on this haunted area other than the address.
