  1. I was coming out the art museum in dc which was cross the street from the crime and punishment museum. It’s was about 6-7 pm it was sorta getting dark. I wanted to look inside but I didn’t have time. I looked at the cool electric chair. I saw a black figure sitting there, no face, cannot see the body because it was literally pitch blacked figure. I thought it was like a blaxk stiroform figure that they used for display. The next day I came back to see the museum. I called my friend Shia because she loves to collect and see antique medical supplies she told me that I should take a picture of it. So I went there, took the metro, and went to see this place, I went there early in the morning. I saw the extricate chair but this figure Wasent there. I thought they took it out for a reason. I asked one of those co workers about the foam figure that was in there. A guy in there told me they have no foam figures in that building and he also told me that more then 150 men where killed on that electric chair. I was frozen with fear.
