Grace Hall is an 1859 private home and the residence of at least five ghosts. One, the ghost of “Miz Eliza,” is a 19th-century lady of the house who in life had four daughters. She is most often seen by children and younger women. She wears a white gown and has a little black ghost dog with her. Another ghost believed to haunt these premises is old Mr. Satterfield, an attorney who was a boarder here for 25 years.
