Amanda Branham writes of this location in “Orlando Ghosts,” though the law-firm no longer appears to be located here. (The sign out front now says “Page, Eichenblatt, Bernbaum & Bennett”)
Employees of the firm would hear disembodied voices and often would get the feeling that they were being watched. One worker got an interoffice call from another extension inside the building, when he was completely alone, but no one was on the other line – eerily, he could hear the faint sounds of a child’s laughter behind the static.

The original company that used to own the building has moved to another location for a few years now. I don’t know who occupies the place now. I was told it used to be the Mayor of Orlando’s home in the early 1900’s.
Happy, nervous, or exhausted? Engaging in creative activities allows children to express and release their emotions. It’s a fantastic opportunity for children who can’t yet express themselves verbally.
It sounds weird with unexpected things happening!
