    1. ever since they buried the baby’s bones they haven’t had tons of activity there. its rare there if yiou get a glimpse or experience of a ghost there

        • I’m from the area and they actually did find a babys bones buried in a wall.. it is said to have been the child of a girl named alice who died during childbirth when the argo was a clinic( this part actually happened) and it happened in 1940

    2. Not the Argo, but in Neligh Nebraska, the courthouse is DEFINITELY haunted. My sister works their and they have security cameras in the building. It is monitored by the sheriff’s office blocks away. She described a black mass up near a round clock (believe she said between the clerks window and ???) She saw the video footage of the clock shaking back and forth, near this dark mass but the clock did remain on the wall…then the dark mass headed to the elevator where it manipulated the buttons, causing the door of the elevator to open and shut. I said, so what time did all this occur, like 2 or 3 in the morning? She said 8:30 at night. She has also seen a dark figure with what appeared to be wearing a top hat in an upstairs window one evening while driving by….so…take a look if happening to be driving by some evening, you might get a lucky glimpse! She was not a believer in the paranormal until witnessing these events. My only encounter with the paranormal was capturing an EVP at the Raeville Rectory that faintly said (“Walk the line”). This was about 2015, played one song, a request from my dad who wanted me to play “Ring of fire” by Johnny Cash (had the motorcycle, an aux. cord running from my phone to the sound system, said to my dad and uncle I could play them any song they wanted to hear in just seconds…had to prove it to them) 😉 Not sure if I was being advised to “walk the line”(it was a rectory at one time) or perhaps the ghost wanted to hear the Johnny Cash song “Walk the Line”

    3. The comments about the Argo are correct. It was a medical clinic many years ago and a baby’s bones were found in one of the walls during a renovation years ago. In early 2009, there was a wedding reception of about 50 people held in the Argo. It was winter and the temperature was below zero. The entire hotel was rented out and reserved for wedding party guests staying there and closed to anyone else. The basement had music, dancing and drinking. About 2 am the jukebox would suddenly turn onto a particular song on its own. This happened three separate times. Also, during that same evening the power, only in the basement, would go off for a few seconds and then come back on. This also happened three times, and separately from the jukebox anomalies. Three of the guests, young men in their 20s, told me they saw someone going up the stairs who did not belong to the wedding party. Given the bitter cold outside and the lack of anyone out and about in a small town at night, this was unusual. From the room next to the first floor lobby, they saw the figure move from the top of the stairs and down the upstairs hallway. Among themselves they asked each other if they recognized the person. All agreed that it was odd no one could recall that person as being from the wedding party. They decided to get up from where they were sitting and follow the person up the to second floor since some of them and other guests had left valuables in their rooms. They were wary of anyone coming in and stealing from the unattended rooms. When the guys got to the top of the stairs, they briefly saw the person, at the other end of the upstairs hallway turn behind a wall. It took them a few seconds to walk down to that end of the hallway. When they did, there was no one there, They checked all the rooms. There was no one in any of the rooms. I was in the Argo that night when all of this happened.
