Rumor has it that the upstairs dance lounge is haunted, and deejays report growls and other noises in the headphones. And according to local legend, when the site was a bus station long ago, a distraught woman hanged herself in the restroom. She was going to meet her boyfriend who was returning home from war when she learned he had died in combat. Folks have seen her grisly apparition in a ladies’ stall or dancing, though sans legs, in a green army jacket on the dance floor.

Was friends with the owner, also played many shows in the Entry. Went to the basement of the mainroom, at the bottom of the stairs their was a mop and bucket… we heard the mop fall over, went and put it back in the bucket and set it up right only to watch the mop fall over and stop in mid air a couple times on its way down. Also heard accounts of people getting locked in the basement for periods of time. The Entry basement we watched a lady float down the stairs, stop and basically float back up at twice the speed of a running person.
Went to it the other day just to find out the upstairs been blocked with a wall. Maybe they know it’s haunted so they blocked it off. When I went up there I still got weird vibes. Weird
Standing at the top of the stairs, left side of club while facing stage… I’m watching a comic open for Dave Chappelle back in 2013. I’m alone on the balcony next to a rack of speaker amps and EQs… I feel an ice-cold, boney female hand go up the back of my shirt. I turn around to grab the weirdo and of course, NO ONE IS THERE! My hair stands on end, and I run down the stairs into the crowd. True story!
